Big O Tires

Great experience at Big O Tires! I scheduled an appointment online the night before for new tires and an oil change, and Tom called me the next morning to confirm everything. I was really impressed that they were able to get me in so quickly. Tom was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I had a tight schedule, and he did everything he could to get me in and out as quickly as possible. He also took the time to find any available discounts and savings, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires, and especially Tom, to anyone looking for great customer service!

Don't know exactly how or when, but my A/C system was contaminated with two different Freons. It's been very hot in CO lately and not safe for kids to be in the car! I suspect it was Jiffy Lube that mixed up my Freon in my A/C because I complained about a coupon not being honored, but that will be hard to prove even if I have a receipt of the last service I did was an oil change and all fluids topped off at Jiffy Lube. All other services prior were done at Johnson's Auto Plaza and car was working fine before Jiffy Lube touched anything. We showed up around 1pm and Big O Tires in Thornton got my A/C working great, no issues, and within the same day before they closed at 5pm and on a Saturday! Johnson Auto Plaza said they didn't have the tools to fix the contaminated A/C and recharge with the correct the freon which was shocking to me because Chevy is the ones who service their own make of their cars, but these guys at Big O Tires do! Big O Tires were also able to also tell me where to get the caps for my A/C system so it doesn't leak b/c they could not get the parts in time before they closed. At Big O, all employees are very kind, have great customer service, are knowledgeable,

Outstanding Customer Service. Thank You, Tom and the Big O Tires Team! I had such a wonderful experience with Tom and the entire team at Big O Tires Off 104th Colorado Blvd, I first spoke with Tom over the phone this morning, August 8th, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Mountain Time. I was price shopping because Discount Tire had quoted me around $1115 for a new set of tires. Tom was able to get me a brand-new set of tires, save me approximately $500 AND the tires came with a protection warranty! But what impressed me most wasn't just the savings, it was the way I was treated. Tom was kind, professional, and genuinely focused on what I wanted and needed as a customer. From our phone conversation to the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The atmosphere felt more like family than just another tire shop. I also had the pleasure of meeting another gentleman named Tom and another team member named Robert. Everyone I encountered at this Big O Tires location was incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming. Tom is truly an asset to Big O Tires, and the entire team earned a loyal customer today. After this experience, I will no longer be going to Discount Tire. Big O Tires is wher

Incredible customer service and attention to detail. I walked in at 4:30pm and was looking for an all wheel alignment on my Mercedez Benz E350 Estate. Robert was attentive and very knowledgeable. Even though the shop was slammed he told me if I could be a little patient he would most definitely get my car done by close which is 6pm. With the good vibes in the shop I was of course willing to wait. Given that I had just walked out of the Firestone Tire on 120th due to an irate customer that was questioning that shops integrity, it was incredible to get customer service with Robert and Angel at Big O. Fellas, keep it up! You gave me hope that there are still places with integrity and great customer service.

I went to Big O Tires and spoke with Angel, who told me he couldn’t honor the tire protection warranty because he claimed my tires are bald. My tires are only one year old, so that doesn’t make sense. I only needed one tire replaced under the warranty. About a month ago, Tom (the manager) told me he would take care of this and even had me put down a $50 deposit to get the tire ordered. Now I’m being told something completely different. Angel’s explanation contradicts what I was previously told, and the situation feels dishonest. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with angel
